I created a comprehensive brand identity for Dalmo o Borba, a techno DJ whose sound philosophy centers on storytelling and narrative construction. The challenge was to develop a visual language that could evolve alongside the artist’s musical journey while maintaining strong brand recognition in the competitive electronic music scene.

Typography & Naming Convention
- Implemented lowercase lettering for visual balance and contemporary electronic music aesthetics
- Incorporated the “/” symbol, inspired by established movements within the electronic music community
- Created a distinctive typographic treatment that stands out in DJ lineups and promotional materials
Visual Language System
- Noise Texture: Applied deliberate visual noise to evoke the essence of “classics” and “historical” elements, connecting past and present in electronic music culture
- Cartographic Lines: Integrated map-like linear elements that function as visual metaphors for the narratives and journeys created through music
- Technicolor Palette: Employed vibrant, psychedelic color schemes that capture the essence of electronic music culture and its visual traditions
