Landing Page and Launch Campaign
I designed and developed the landing page for the 2026 class of the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training by Ygara, planned and executed the launch campaign for the class. The page runs on WordPress with a custom theme I built for the project.
The page is directed at people deciding whether to enroll in a ten-month paid training. Most visitors arrive from social media on mobile devices. The structure answers the questions of this decision in order, starting with dates and format, then content, then references, then price.
The first screen presents the three facts that determine whether a person can take part, which are the start date, the online format with ten monthly modules, and the Yoga Alliance 200h certification. The hero has two buttons for two situations. “Quero participar” leads to the registration page for visitors who have decided. “Quero tirar dúvidas” opens WhatsApp for visitors who still have questions.
Program Format and Modules
The format block comes before the modules. It details the monthly weekend schedule, the fortnightly class, the Zoom platform and the access to recordings. This block answers the practical concern of time availability before the visitor reads about content.
The ten modules are displayed as a closed list with number, name, topic and dates. Each item opens downward to show its description. The closed list shows the complete program and calendar in one view, and the description is available on demand without increasing the length of the page. Opening the content in place keeps the visitor in the same position on the page, which a modal window would interrupt.
Enrollment
The enrollment block repeats the start date and format and presents the price as monthly instalments first, followed by the single payment amount and the discount for returning teachers. Registration buttons are repeated at the end of each block, which allows the visitor to act at the point of decision without scrolling back to the top.
The enrollment form uses conditional logic built in Fluent Forms. The module retake field appears only for returning students, and payment options are hidden for scholarship holders. Each applicant sees only the fields that apply to their case, which shortens the form and prevents inapplicable answers. After submission, the form redirects to WhatsApp with a prefilled message to continue the process with the team.
Launch Campaign
The campaign “As 3 Travessias do Kundalini Yoga” consisted of three free live sessions on Zoom leading up to enrollment. I planned a nine-day content calendar in phases, starting with provocations without call to action, then the opening of registrations, the founder voices, the behind the scenes and the three live nights. The visual identity uses chalk-on-blackboard illustrations, consistent with the existing brand assets.
I built the registration page for the live sessions with Fluent Forms and custom PHP templates. The phone field has an input mask in the Brazilian format to reduce typing errors, since WhatsApp is the channel used for reminders. After registering, the participant can add each session to the calendar through .ics files or Google Calendar links. The calendar events carry the Zoom link and a 30-minute alarm, which reduces the steps between registering and attending.
Tracking and Performance
All campaign links carry UTM parameters, and the enrollment form captures them in hidden fields, which attributes each enrollment to the channel it came from. In GA4 I configured custom dimensions for the chosen live session and the entry path, and a custom event that records clicks on the calendar buttons. Transactional email is sent through FluentSMTP and Brevo, configured on a separate subdomain to avoid a conflict with the existing mail records of the domain.
I ran a performance optimization based on PageSpeed Insights. I inlined the critical CSS, moved jQuery to the footer, loaded the form plugin stylesheet asynchronously, converted theme images to WebP with srcset for different screen widths, configured cache headers in .htaccess and self-hosted the Recoleta Alt typeface. The page is image-heavy and accessed mostly on mobile networks, and load time affects how many visitors reach the enrollment block.
